Drop In - Sessions
Physical preparation for the game, focusing on strength, flexibility, movement and injury prevention.
Gym Members and Club Members £15 per session (PAY COACH) bookable one week in advance
Non members £15 per session (PAY COACH) plus £2 visitor fee, bookable 5 days in advance
24 hour notice cancellation policy applies. IF CANCELLING WITHIN 24 HOURS THE COURSE FEE IS STILL PAYABLE TO THE COACH.
